Toys are usually associated with birthdays, Christmas and more often then not the lovely way we show our children , that they are loved and thought of, no matter where we are in the world. It is understood that toys were founded around the 13th or the 14th century and were found during archaeological excavations, items such as dolls, carriages, animals and the tools used to make such toys. These can be seen in museums, in places such as Egypt and Italy where the Pharohs and Romans showed how advanced they were.
Toys are rather important in the learning and development of young children growing up, helping them to understand the mechanisms of items and possibly learn skills thay will use in later life.
Toys started out been made of wood and rock, but of course today they are to be found made of the latest material such as plastic, metal,fabric and a host of other materials. Safety plays a big part in the manufacture of toys and one should not purchase any toy that has not been manufactured by a reliable manufacturer with possible an international safety standard.
Toys should be purchased for the particular age, and you will see in most stores the reccomended toy for the relevant age. This should be adhered to as not dong so could harm a child, by giving them something to complicated for their age, and it simply would not be enjoyable for the child.
